Lujatalo Oy and Mestamaster Oy have entered into a framework agreement for the adoption of Mestamaster scheduling software for takt production scheduling in construction projects contracted by Lujatalo. By introducing new and innovative production management solutions and software, Lujatalo is renewing its ways of working, collaboration, and transparency in construction projects.
Mestamaster, a pioneer in renewing construction production, and Lujatalo, a third-generation traditional construction company, have signed a framework agreement for takt production scheduling software. The agreement was signed in February 2024.
Lujatalo, with over 70 years of experience in demanding construction projects, is one of Finland’s largest construction groups. Lujatalo actively renews both its design and production management methods, and sees the development of digital construction as one of the key positive drivers of change in the industry.

Mestamaster is a startup specialising in developing digital applications for takt production construction. Mestamaster also actively supports construction sites in building with takt time.
